Congrats to Jalen Miears! He was awarded a $1000 scholarship to TSTC. Jalen spends the first part of his day at GWAMA where he has developed his welding skills. He plans to attend TSTC, but has already received some job offers. His future is incredibly bright!


Today’s baseball and softball games at Robinson have been postponed due to wet field conditions. They are being rescheduled for a later date to be determined.

Oryanna Matthews' essay has been chosen as 1 of the 12 state finalists in the Barbara Jordan Essay Competition. She will be honored in a virtual ceremony on May 1st from the State UIL Academic Meet.
She is the 4th MHS student in 4 yrs to be chosen as a finalist.

UIL Concert & Sight Reading Results
The band received ratings Division 2 or Excellent for their concert portion and Division 3 or Good for their Sight Reading Performance. One of the concert judges had evaluated the performance as Superior or Division 1 and One of the Sight Reading judges had evaluated the sight reading portion as Division 2 or Excellent.
