All Pro Dads - November 15th


Parents of emergent bilingual students, the T3 Series Family Event is still on for tomorrow, December 14th at 12:30 pm, but will accommodate parents for the early dismissal. Please join us in the Mexia Junior High Library for a family outreach and training that will provide parents with the required parent and family literacy services, activities, and trainings needed to improve their English language skills.

Mexia ISD will release students early tomorrow, Thursday, November 14, 2024 beginning at 1:30pm. This is to support the logistics of traveling to the varsity football team playoff game in Grand Prairie. It’s a great day to be a Blackcat!

Some of our Mexia High School seniors got the chance to boost their college readiness skills by attending a TSI (Texas Success Initiative) ELAR and Math bootcamp! Passing the TSI shows you are college ready!


Our McBay students had a blast with the Roving Chef activity, where they got creative by painting and tasting different fruits! It was a fun way to learn about healthy eating and the amazing variety of flavors that nature has to offer.
